This was for the Tony Awards, and it is hellacious. The skirt parted to reveal a slit up to the thigh, but frankly, my first stop would be surgery on the kelly green straps and bow. The whole thing is ripped from a Project Runway challenge where you have to make a dress out of anything in Candy Spelling's gift-wrapping room.
