Is it weird that I clapped a little bit when I saw this picture pop up in our photo pool?
Bai Ling is ALIVE and dressed like “the sexy one” in a low, low, low-level girl band called The Lollipops currently playing Tuesday nights at 7 p.m. at the Rock N Bowl in Pacoima (everyone in Pacoima agrees they are secretly kind of good). Those shoes are SASSY, that dress is very tight and girly, she’s sporting the Classic Bai Ling Bangs of Spunky Wackitude, and this is all unfolding in a parking lot somewhere, as usual. I could not be happier to see it. STAY WITH US, BAI.

That’s what I was thinking. When it doesn’t look like it’s painted on or is about to burst off, the bandage dress reverts to the cool concept dress it should be.
The ombre on the dress is awesome as well – only someone as tiny as Bai Ling could carry it off without looking like Miss Hippitude 2012.
I love that the building in the background is called Pom Pom. I imagine that’s The Lollipops rehearsal space and their on a 10 minute break right now after spending the last three hours analyzing the specifics of the Spice Girl’s Olympic performance and trying to figure out how to craft project up some cardboard taxi with lightbrights for their next show.

I have to agree with the majority of comments on here – Bai looks great in this. The colours are great, the dress is short, but not gynaecologically so, and he looks amazing. The shoes are a little mental, but I think we’d all be a little disappointed if there wasn’t a touch of crazy.
