It’s a good thing Anne Heche has already written a book named Call Me Crazy, because that means she’s probably okay with it if I apply that adjective to this outfit. Not that this is wackadoo on a Minaj level or in Gagaland, but I do think this is what Celestia probably wears to state dinners on whatever planet she rules.
