It cracks me up that they're posing for iPhone pictures for hospital patients. I would obviously ALSO be snapping iPhone pictures of Kate and Wills if they popped up at the hospital whilst I was recovering from, you know, bunion removal surgery or an ear lift or arm-lengthening surgery or whatever.
