We know Lady Gaga is, like SWINTON, a polarizing person — some people think what she does is brilliant, some brilliantly terrible, some a combination of the two; others have suggested she shouldn’t be eligible. But she’s in because she’s impossible to ignore and she lives and breathes this stuff both on- and off-stage. Mostly, we figure we can’t tell you how to feel about her. We can only write about how WE feel about her, and let you guys do the voting on how far you think she should advance. Speak through the polls, Fug Nation.

But nobody’s perfect. Sometimes we forget people exist; sometimes, our opinions of how bad they were aren’t going to match yours. Hey, it happens — the actual NCAA selection committee has the same problems. So just kick back, relax, enjoy the games,
and imagine that your missing favorite is out there somewhere playing
in the Fug NIT, leading the charge of the also-rans and praying for a more auspicious and publicly terrible year to come.
