The dress itself is... fine... if perhaps a bit twee. The silver coat helps it, but in all the effect is less glam than as if she's somebody's loony aunt who is almost never allowed out of the house because of her tendency to scream things like "HEAVENS TO MURGATROYD" and "Well don't you look ADORABLE now that your breasts have arrived!"
