1) I think she looks cute, except for the socks. 2) Why doesn’t she do something about her hair? It always looks lank and in need of a wash. She should just cut it short, a la Michelle Williams.
Sometimes this website seems to fug Chloë just because she’s Chloë Sevigny. I don’t see what’s so dramatically wrong about this outfit – if a little boring, it’s still cute, fun and fits well in a very flattering way – i.e. I think it works here. Sometimes she certainly goes wacko in a way that deserves every fugging in the world, but fugging this is like releasing a pop album filler track as a single. Quality, not quantity.
@Emma: What is so distasteful about her look here? On the contrary, she has covered her entire top half with fabric, while her miniskirt is actually a skirt rather than a belt. Not even a slit in sight! The outfit may not be in YOUR taste, but that doesn’t make it less tasteFUL. In terms of tastefulness, I’d take this over any of today’s Hollywood breast trays and thigh exhibitions any day.
I kind of like it. Better still is Chlöe (with Kiki!) as the metalgirl making out with Elijah Wood/Ad Rock in the new Beastie Boys video, which I’m surprised hasn’t been mentioned here, given how beloved those two are on this site.

Socks aside, I think the entire look is ruined by CS’s expression and apparent total lack of sleep.
I like it! I LOVE white socks with black shoes done well. Totally sexy. Face. not. so. much. Would it kill you to wear a little eye makeup and smile? And even just kinda fix your hair? It’s a party!
I like her dressing and suits on her perfectly. Not so much Glamour in her but looks very simple and i love that. You can find new and fresh collection of Amrapali.
She looks almost sublime here compared to her picture at a VW-sponsored event in NY. I will leave it to the authors here to post that one. Let’s just say she going ‘all in’ on her Fug lifetime achievement award.
