I also can't with the hair. It looks messy in almost every photograph. But props to her (or her team) for picking the right shade of red lipstick for that psychedelic dress. You know, if she'd worn her hair down, we might not have even SEEN the crazy slice into her shoulder blade... then again, maybe we'd be all, "Snore, Hough wore her hair down again," so maybe that's not right either. What would y'all have done? You're wise. Solve it.
