That. Is. Vile. It looks like an ice dancing costume mated with a Ren Faire outfit. And the lines in the middle make her hips look a mile wide. Unflattering and hideous.

This is definitely a Monet dress.
This would look a whole lot better if M. Monet had had anything to do with it. I can lose myself in one of his paintings for hours and this just makes me want to look at something else.

I love love love me some KC, but this is so bad. As for the hair, I like the styling, but I’ve just never liked blonde on her. She’s much better as a brunette.
I also like the darker hair. It just seems better with her skin tone. I think it would even look better with the shades in this dress, not that the dress is great, but still. . .her more natural hair color would be prettier.
The first thing I said is “this is not a skirt made of ties.” However, I still can’t forgive this, not even for Santa.
The velvet arm napkin things are to hide her upper arms? I’m guessing….but real sleeves would have been a better choice.
For one, horrible, split second, I thought she’d had both of her arms tattooed with holly leaf patterns … (shudder, shudder) … otherwise, there is something priestess-like about the dress, but it’s not a cult I want to join. She needs a fairly elaborate headdress or mitre-thingey, in that case, to make the priestess-look really work.
Jeez, this is WORSE than than the crocheted-arm thing that blonde was wearing yesterday. Is it by the same person? Oy.
This dress is like a Monet….good from far, but far from good!
I love Kelly to pieces, but friends don’t let friends wear remnants. She’ll thank us for our honesty someday? Or maybe not. And we’ll still love her.
This might have been a great idea before the sleeves and their accessories were added. Without those, I find it a bit busy, but not excessively so for a holiday appearance.
With them… oh well. For me, it’s an “almost.”
Count me in on wishing she’d go back to a more natural shade of hair for her. Clarkson is a cute girl and this hair color is sucking a good half of that cute right out of her face.

Good gracious. This dress looks like the designer was trying every slenderizing trick all at once! Vertical lines and dark fabric on the side, partly covered upper arms, odd slashes of color. I wish she felt better about herself, because she’s lovely and charming.
Not to mention that the fabrics suggest WIlliam Morris’ cat just threw up Arts & Crafts wallpaper remnants.
