It’s a pretty color on her but the embellishment at the top looks like some sort of harness, and she really needs to go up a size. The way it bunches around the middle is kind of unflattering.
She’s a beautiful woman, but this dress is doing her no favors. It’s too small and too tight, and it gives her a bit of the linebacker look throughout the chest and shoulders. The embellishment doesn’t look interesting, just kind of tacky

Oh, just no. Paula seems seriously great (she always looks THRILLED to be at these events, which is so refreshing), but she always seems to pick dresses that are just too small/tight. And not just a little bit too tight, CRIMINALLY too tight. This is no exception. I mean, I don’t love this dress on its own merit, but it would at least be decent if it were the right size for her.
