I haven’t heard anything about this movie, Waiting for Forever, which is why I suspect Rachel Bilson could do so much better on-screen. But could she have done better on flesh?
Personally, I like this. But then again, the strips of gaffer’s tape on the front make — among other things — a giant H, so maybe I’m just suggestible because I am super, super vain.

It might be alright if you take the electrical tape off it, just leave the trim at the neck and the belt… I’m not sold on the ruffles. However, I LOVE those shoes.
I really liked the thumbnail, but when I got a look at the actual dress with those messy looking semi-ruffles, I changed my mind.
Where’s the option for “It WOULD be super cute if you removed the central strip and the two little side ones.”

I like this except for the tape. Why did they ruin a perfectly cute dress with black tape? Doesn’t make sense.
I voted thumbs down, even though I don’t hate it. I think a gray sheath dress with the black accents and without the ruffles would be fabulous; the same goes for a gray sheath dress with the ruffles and without the black accents. But I think those two elements work against each other when put together, and not an interesting way — in a way that mutes the best effect of both. Great fit and great shoes, though.

Wish you had a middle option…almost really cute, but the tape is messing it up a bit. She is such a cute girl, she is making it work anyway.
Eh. I can’t vote either way. It’s not AWFUL, but it’s also not SUPER cute. It’s cute-ish with a wish for better execution in the black bits.
Ruffles are bad and gaffer tape on the dress is worse …but the neck and arm trim is nice and I don’t object to the grey or the belt. Handbag and shoes are lovely……a case for simplifying …designers take note Less is more.
Electrical tape is not fashion … unless you’re Lady Gaga.

It’s a cute dress, maybe remove the “H” (sorry Heather) and it would be “super” cute… love the shoes!
I like it. It’s cute. She can pull of cute, kind of edgy stuff. I don’t know if “edgy” is the right word here, but the dress is unusual in a good way, in my opinion. The trailer for her movie, however, is a different story. There is a reason she doesn’t do better on-screen.
The guy in the poster seems to be assaulting her – both the poster version of her, and the real-life her. Perhaps not the best place for posing…

This looks like it would be gorgeous in person, but doesn’t photograph so well. If I imagine it in motion, I really like it. Also, yay her for working! Even if it’s a terrible movie, I just want her to defeat the OC curse and be IN things again.
I think it is cute, but maybe not cute enough for a premier or photocall or whatever for a movie you are the star of. If she were say going to the premier of a movie one of her cast-mates was in to show support then I’d like it…but isn’t she the star of this?

I don’t love it–but not because of the electrical tape–but because where the waistband sits is throwing off the proportions of her body and making her look long-waisted.
My jury’s still out on this one. I think because of the black tape. But I do agree with those who think the guy in the poster is picking her butt. I assume the papps set it up like that.
