This guy's name is Thomas West, or West Thomas. I SWEAR his file said "West, Thomas," but he calls himself West to everybody, as if that's his name. It's weird. It's not like FBI Agent Dana Scully walked up to people in a bar and said, "Hi, I'm Scully," unless she was there to investigate their sorry asses. Anyway, West needs to get into his locker, see.
