In a flashback, Rich Twin -- or so she claims to Henry Snitch-Sack, anyway -- recalls Andrew threatening to kill her when she confronted him with knowledge of his financial crimes. She also remembers being very upset that she wore both bell sleeves and bell bottoms for this confrontation, in case he had killed her right then, and she'd been reduced to haunting him in eternity wearing shapeless separates.
