It would be cute if not for the material. It looks like a dress made from those old vinyl tablecloths that are usually red gingham.
My only issue with this is that, at first glance, I thought it was Nelly Furtado.

That dress looks like it is made from those woven car seat covers that my grandfather used to have. And why the peach colored belt? I don’t get it.
Whoa, I never comment, but this is the weirdest coincidence that I have to comment. I’m wearing almost the same dress to and shoes to the office but in a different black fabric, (cotton?) and with a lot less cleavage. My belt is a darker red, and my peep toe pumps don’t have platforms at the bottom.
Obviously I voted “adorable” but there is still a small amount of people who voted awful. Eek.
The fabric looks suspiciously like what was on metal folding lawn chairs in the 1970′s. I was wondering what material could possibly be so SMOOTH, and it’s plastic people! Also, the whole look is way too stiff for me. She looks like a Madame Tussaud’s wax figure. OK, I talked myself into voting for awful.

The pieces themselves look nice, but it just needs to be different fabric and colors. The dress looks like it’s made of vinyl and nothing matches anything else.
If it were in a less shiny fabric, I’d love it. As it is, it looks like knock-off handbag material made into a dress.

I love everything about it, assuming that the un-even hem line is just because of the camera angle or her posture. It looks classy and elegant, and pretty. I’m thinking it may be a satin sort of fabric, but even the shine just makes it look elegant, IMO.
I suspect there might be some cuteness in that picture, but her “I’m going to eat you with Sauce Bearnaise” expression keeps distracting me. Is it the eye makeup? The severe part in her hair that’s playing havoc with her face? I don’t dare look down.
She looks like a manikin. Her skin has almost the same sheen as the dress and I can’t help thinking she looks horribly jointed.
I think it’s totally cute but I have a problem with the shoes. Granted, I’m sitting outside and my laptop is kind of dim… but the shoes don’t really seem to go. I don’t care if they match… but they should at least GO.

It looks like the end result of an “unconventional” challenge from Project Runway– like someone tried to make a cute dress out of car seat covers, or a slip-and-slide, or something.
Louis Vuitton was the first thing I thought of when I saw this picture, too. BUT. I love this on her – it’s just adorable. As long as there aren’t little L’s and V’s all over the dress….I support it. I think my favorite part is that belt – so cute!
It’s cute, but it makes her look 40. Like, Halle Berry, or some other 40 year old who looks 25 would rock it, but going the opposite direction (25–>40) is probably not the best idea.
I can’t get past her makeup. Her face looks like it’s molded in plastic from Discount Barbie. And that purse is from the Big Pile O’Purses at the Dollar Tree. After all that, the dress isn’t bad.
The shoes are divine, but not made for this. The dress- even, indeed, of plastic tarp material- is fantastic, the belt is fabulous with it, BUT! that awful hairdo spoils it entirely. Enough with the Spanish Flamenco Dancer hair. It’s not flattering on anyone, not even the Spanish Flamenco dancers themselves.
It’s adorable…but my! what a large cranium she has! The dress is cute and little and makes her frame look petite and all…and makes her freaking skull look like a beach ball. Wow.
I voted awkward. It took me a few minutes to figure out why this cute, ladylike dress looks awkward. It’s not the dress, luggage fabric notwithstanding, it’s her stance! Perhaps they snapped her beginning to walk forward, but it looks more like a pose for a cowgirl get-up than a shapely, feminine dress.
Love the dress, especially love it with the belt, but hate the shoes and purse with it. In fact, I think my favorite Aunt Gladys had that purse in 1978.
I would never EVER skin my steamer trunk if I had one, and I’ve always wanted one…I mean the kind that opens up sideways and has drawers and a bar.
It reminds me of Madeline Kahn’s LV-print jumpsuit in High Anxiety. So, basically, I love it.

That material really is weird. It looks like vinyl or a thick, stiff plastic. I don’t know what material would be good, but it’s definitely not that. And it makes her look stumpy, which has been Kristen Bell’s problem for so long.
Jessica looks fab as ever but her dress looks like it is made from the knd of material seen on umbrellas.

She looks good, but I am not feeling the dress. The fabric is too shiny, thought it could just be the lighting. BUT, it also reminds me of the pattern of the carpet in our kitchen when I was 10. Back in the 70′s. And I’m all for retro, but not retro kitchen carpeting in the form of a dress.

I feel like I’m going crazy. That girl’s proportions are entirely weird– it’s like the distance between her hip and her shoulder is about 2/3 what it should be, which makes her head look giant and her legs look too short. Hello, So I’m upgrading my laptop to Windows 7 and I actually need MS Phrase for homework purposes. I have a Vista House Premium and I am switching to Home windows 7 Ultimate so I’m aware that all information will delete. I backed up the whole lot important. However don’t know easy methods to again up my MS Word. I NEED MS Phrase ! So after I improve how will I get it back? I bought MS Word Excellent- (Which I used already) and MS Word Student (Which I used after reformatting my laptop before). I purchased each of them, but how will I get my MS Word again when upgrading?
