Well, I have two suggestions: first, get rid of the draping around her shoulder, second, increase the coverage of the bodice. Right now, it looks like her boobs are fighting the bodice top for their freedom, and they’re winning.
It works for the most part, but, like Lizzie pointed out, her boobs do appear to be thinking about Operation Freedom.
Make her left shoulder match her right, and I think it would be fine. As it is, it looks like the left strap fell down and she just left it.
I wouldn’t LOVE it then, but it wouldn’t be completely unfortunate. Maybe a color other than white to pair with the black and it wouldn’t be so TP-ish. Emerald green?

She has a great body, but the uncovered boob is freaking me out. Besides the fact that the boob is only a second away from popping free, the whole thing looks weirdly lopsided.

If the left boob got covered by the white material instead of by the bodice, it would look more coherent and the asymmetry would actually work (rather than looking like a strap fell down like the others before me have pointed out). I think then it would also look less like she’d been TP’d. Otherwise I would suggest a change of colour but I actually like the Greek goddess look on her and with the changes I suggested it would work so much better.
There’s no saving this. She looks like she got tangled in the bathroom curtains while squeezing her assets into a black corset that’s a size or two too small. And I think that hair might be shellacked. Back to the shower, kiddo.

I think this garment would work better on someone trying to create or accentuate curves. It is no match for Kim’s full bust.
Use bodice fabric that is less rigid, the cut of the bodice aross the top should be straight ; add a little more drapey fabric to her left boob side (I like the asymmetry) and use colors that are tone-on-tone…taupe and champagne? sage and olive green? periwinkle and sky blue? The whole thing needs to be softer.
I think it just happened like in Cinderella, she wanted to go to the ball, but her sisters saw that she was looking better than them so they ripped off her dress!

I do NOT understand the draping on the boob sling. Why, oh why did Kim have to dig out a shrug she bought while drunkenly shopping at Forever 21 in 2004? Lose that, make the bodice cover the bits a bit more (okay, a LOT more), and maybe add some cap sleeves on the bodice to finish off the slightly office vixen look that the dress and pumps are already leaning towards.
I think there need to be sleeves on both sides. I sort of like what she did with all the black, but I would have gone for gold shoes and clutch.
I’m a big fan of corsets even fake ones like that. But as others have said it looks like a) she’s about to pop out and/or b) the left shoulder fell down and she just left it. When I first looked at this photo, I thought, Oh here is one of the Pregnant Ones. (I cannot imagine where those breasts go from here, in the event of childbirth.) It took me a while to recognize she also had a corset on and is not pregnant.
To unfug this, the dress material should be something like silver gray, instead of white. I wouldn’t want to don that skirt shape, and I don’t think it’s flattering on La Kardash, but it is attempting something aesthetic; so I’ll keep it on her. She’s going for the fertility goddess look anyway.
Now the top of the dress. Ay-yi-yi. OK, La Kardash has to show her boobs, so I say: symmetry + compromise. Take the twisted fabric fully across the corset on both sides and up into softly-twisted shoulder straps laying wide on her shoulders. That would leave us all priapic regardless of our sexual preferences, yet it would also leave this particular Kardashian looking like Hera at an accounting-dominatrices’ fiscal year-end meeting. Win-win.

There is no point to it other than to expose as much boob as possible without getting arrested. If both boobs were faced with this predicament, I might have said, “Not for me, but it kind of works because you are Kim and this is what we expect of you.” If the draping had covered both boobs, I would have said, “The material isn’t right, but it’s not horrible.”
