In her Tweet here, Miley apparently noted that it was a crazy pants day. I don't want to get into semantics about her definition of "pants," as I'm pretty sure this girl owns a totally different fashion dictionary than most of the planet anyway, and that her thesaurus is equal gibberish. No, the real issue is that she apparently felt COMPLETELY FINE about that shirt, which is not so much a shirt as a giant Kleenex.
