Although some of them HAD to be chilly; it was cold this morning in Los Angeles. Buy a power cardigan, you guys! I’m worried about all of you catching a cold.

So, I actually love Jenna Dewan Tatum’s and Bella Heathcote’s dresses. There is a lot going on with Jenna’s dress, but I love the whimsical, bohemian aspect of it. And the print of Bella’s dress is divine.
I applaud Cat Deeley for going with pants — to me, that’s extremely appropriate for a breakfast event celebrating women. I think she may have been going for a late 1930s style, but didn’t quite get there? Regardless, I actually think it still looks really good.

That hairdo on Sarah Paulson has to be one of the most unflattering I’ve ever seen. And I say this as a person who is also large of forehead: Honey, center parts are not your friend.
That, and the super dark hair. She looks like she should be trying out for a part in The Scarlet Letter.
Not just the wretched hairdo, but the accessories and that gawdoffle skirt with harness contraption.
Yes to Scarlett Letter, because that hairstyle looks like the dreaded Puritan Bonnet. I mean that – it doesn’t just look like Goodwife Paulsen hair, it actually LOOKS LIKE THE BONNET. That is UNGODLY.
On the other hand, I do appreciate the sleeves on her dress, and on Elizabeth Banks, and on all the women who wore sleeves. Why is this so hard to fathom? Winter dresses should have sleeves. (It drives me batty buying Christmas dresses for my girls – they are all SLEEVELESS. WHY?!?!? I simply don’t understand the thinking here, and we start girls on this SO YOUNG. What is supposed to be so wrong with wearing a sleeve?)
Wow that is some unflattering hair on Sarah Paulson. What stylist hates her so much as to make her as dowdy as possible. She is prettier than that.
Everything about Georgia King’s ensemble works perfectly. Also, how does she get her hair to do that? Looks simple but IS NOT.
LOVE Mindy Kaling always and everywhere, but Griffin wins the hot pink dress competition this time, not that they WERE competing.
And Banks looks simply graceful, which you have to admit, is pretty rare these days, so, you go, girl!
I prefer Mindy’s! Im not a huge fan of hot pink on redheads though.
I like Mindy’s too. I think it’s more appropriate with her skin tone.
Also chiming in that I prefer Mindy’s because of her skin tone. The hot pink is too, well, hot for Kathy.
I like both, but Kathy’s would be a win if it weren’t about 3″ too long.
I think Mindy wins the hot pink dance off, especially if she had a blazer or cardi or collarless motorcycle jacket. In my fantasy world she just draped it on the back of her chair to take the picture. How are the SLEEVES the fear on Kerry Washington’s dress? What about the scary gyno diagram embroidered on the front?
Mindy wins the Human Being dance-off. It depresses me to think that Griffin is what passes for a Power 100 Woman in Entertainment.

Kerry Washington’s shoes must double as self-defense devices! And how does she not trip over that crazily elongated toe box? They make her feet huge and they’re hideous. Most memorable thing I saw here. Awful, awful shoes.

Yes, CC. WHAT is going on with Cat Deeley’s proportions? Girlfriend is a tall, gorgeous drink of water, and this photo has her looking like her torso and legs are the same length… never mind the fact that she has no neck to support her overly large head.
The bobble head happens when the photographer is looking down on them, like from a platform, and/or they have to tip the camera to get the head to toe shot.
