I always enjoy Kate Spade’s presentations. As I think I say here every time we cover them, the brand hits me right in my sweet spot — I cannot resist the quirky, retro-eccentric thing — and also, their presentations always have snacks. This one was at The Rainbow Room (there were tiny tiny bite-size egg Benedicts, and everyone got pink-and-gold ballpoint pens, both of which are the absolute keys to my heart), and it was both highly cheery and extremely civilized, and Freida Pinto was there, and, you guys, Freida Pinto IS SO PRETTY in person. Freida Pinto, school supplies, tiny breakfast, and cute capes are the best way to put me in a good mood.
