In the first photo, with the high ponytail and the cat-eye makeup, she’s got a very 60′s Barbie look going on. I love it. Also, I definitely want that last dress.
Snap! My first Barbie (Dec 1959) had black silk hair. I view Krysten Ritter through a veil of nostalgia, at least until she opens her mouth. She’s Barbie with brains and razor-sharp wit. And I covet those coats.

I think that train has sailed… (I did that on purpose). Along with the Joneses, the Jones’ maid Ines, and Ines’s luggage.
I always thought whom came after a preposition? “With whom?” “For whom”? So that looked right to me. Grammar me up if I’m wrong!
mshesterp: “You” is the subject and “whom” is the direct object. Reorder the sentence and you’ll see it should be “whom.” Do you trust whom? That sounds weird, but try replacing “whom” with “him.” Do you trust him? You wouldn’t say, Do you trust he? Hope that helps.
That first dress is stunningly beatiful on her! The coat – both ways – is divine. And she is really going for Audrey Hepburn from “Breakfast” with that hair style – and not badly so.

I love this woman. She’s hilarious and also looks like an old pulp-novel cover illustration–two easy ways to get in on my good list.
And she had the good taste to be on Veronica Mars for a season! One of my favorite ditzy characters who actually HAD character. She was lovely on Breaking Bad too. I don’t know if she has range, but I’ll give her time to acquire that. And she really owns her “look”. I realize others (Katy Perry) have something similar going on, but Ritter has humor. A lot of humor.
She was a real charmer on Mars — I find her current show unwatchable but I think she — and her style — adorable.

Except for the icky sheer black thing, this young lady looks great. I have no idea who she is or what she does, but she looks great. If Duchess Kate is responsible for this trend towards more lady-like clothing, she should be canonized immediately. Even though she’s Anglican and not Catholic.
BTW, I am not at home to caterwauling about the styles and titles of The House of Windsor. “Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge” is just too much for casual use.
She’s actually just The Duchess of Cambridge. Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge is what she’d be if she got divorced. But still, I get your point!
In an interview in this month’s Playboy (don’t judge me), she describes herself as a “cartoon character” because of her height and dark, dark hair. I think she looks great in all these pictures. And she’s hilarious and smart. And I love The Beek. Nobody was Team Dawson, but if we had known how he would turn out, don’t you think it might have been a closer race? Maybe even a tie? Because at this point I love him and Pacey *almost* equally.
Pacey was sexy because he was funny and a little devious. Dawson was boring and whiny. If Dawson was played by The Beek is playing it now, it would’ve been a horse race!

And, my gosh, can we talk about the glory that is her thick, glossy hair? So gorgeous, and always well styled for her. Though this is such a very different type, I think she gives Connie Britton a run.
I’m unclear on what’s going on in that last photo–is it just me, or do both ladies look like they have aprons on over their dresses? Not saying it’s bad, just strangely similar.

H, the pink dress she was wearing in the 5th pic is actually what was under the red coat on the 2nd one..love the first one, when i normally dislike her after seeing her judge in Project Runway..
She is sooo pretty & was astonishing in ‘Breaking Bad’ as Jesse Pinkman’s doomed girlfriend. I can’t see or say anything but good about her since that.

The coat looks better on Krysten than on the model. And it looks great with the non-included belt!
I love almost all of these outfits… yes the sheer one doesn’t work as well as the others but somehow I like it more than I should. It reminds me of some vintage pieces (as does the first dress). What a lucky girl to have all those clothes and the body and looks for them. Oh, and yes, The Beek is doing far, far better now!

I loved her on Breaking Bad…. I truly loathe The B in whateverwhatever. I hope it gets cancelled so the actors, including DAWSON can move on to better things.

I love that first dress. I normally haaaaaate a peterpan collar but this dress is saucy and well-designed and she looks perfect in it. And the coat, well. I have a feeling I’m dropping some serious money on a girly red coat this year.
And: It’s like Beek took a page from Shatner’s book. A good move, plus he’s grown up very nicely.
I am kind of loving everything in this slideshow, except perhaps for the last look. Sorry, the last look of her in the solo pics. I can’t bring myself to get on board with the sheer thing. The sheer in the first look is cute and minimal. But I am tired of that look – the black sheer over the ugly white tank. It seems super unflattering to me. But the rest of the looks are great.
Also, I am loving the Apt. 23 show. The Beek is fantastic on it, and the Dawson’s jokes especially make me happy. (Dawson’s fans, please watch the episode where JVDB plans a reunion with the DC cast. I could not stop laughing. And Busy is in it!)
