This may, in fact, be the shortest dress she's worn since they got married. It's not too short -- especially since she's wearing it with tights -- but it's definitely not a demure knee-length number. Which is perfect with this sort of mod-type of look. It's kicky but still deeply and sincerely appropriate. Next up: formal shorts. (God, please no.)
