Well Played, Paula Abdul

I miss Paula on American Idol. Still. And forever. I mean, will I miss her this season — which I am being forced by the universe to watch at least once, so I can see how mean J.Lo is? (Hopefully very) — now that I’m not forced to also deal with Kara? Only time will tell. But I do know that I miss her in GENERAL on Idol, like, theoretically, because that show needs someone to be all like, “Your unicorns put the rainbows on my panda,” or it’s just too boring. ANYWAY. I’m glad girlfriend has a job:

I’m also glad that, somehow, she’s managing to wear a dress I’m pretty sure I saw nine other women wearing last night on The Bachelor without looking desperate for a rose, but instead looking quite cute.  That’s how you know she’s a professional.
