If this looks familiar, I believe it’s because it’s from the same wet-look Armani collection as the blue gown Anne Hathaway wore as part of her Oscars rotation.
I think this is fabulous on Penelope — great color, sleek hair (no choppy bangs making her face look all severe — seriously, are they clip-ins, or is she just REALLY GOOD at styling them away from her face?). It’s sleek, it fits like a glove, and she looks about ten feet tall. I wish this dress were like the traveling pants, where people would send it around the world to each other and everyone would put it on and look like this and get a whopping self-esteem boost.
