I’m not even sure she would have been in my top 5 – off the top of my head I’d say Swinton, Kidman, Jessica Alba, Diane Lane, Selma Hayak for my top 5 I think. (That’s without consideration) – I even liked SMG’s blue dress more than Emma’s I think.

I remember Evan Rachel Wood being pretty high up the last time I checked (my personal fav of the evening)….Kidman, Jolie, and SWINTON were all competitive, though, so I’m not sure.

I voted for Emma Stone but didn’t think she was a standout. But she’s fabulous.
I grudgingly voted for Evan Rachel Wood. Can’t friggin’ STAND her (and am pretty dang ticked that it looks like she’s going to get to marry Billy Elliot), but that dress was amazeballs, and it fit her like a dream.
(Clearly, fit is important to me, as Sofia Vergara would be my #2. Though I did think she lost a little too much weight for the show, though — her arms looked a mite skinny and her face a bit drawn to me.)
I didn’t vote for her, but I think people did because it’s so satisfying when Emma gets it right. She doesn’t always, esp w/r/t color, and it’s always so disappointing.
Emma Stone looks amazing, her dress is not a cookie cutter dress… it’s young, it’s beautiful, it suits her – I loved it. She looks at ease, no train wrangling, weird sleeves, or nude gauze. Lovely.
I stand by voting for Kelly Osbourne as worst dressed because she looked a right state and considering she critiques other peoples’ choices, it made it so much worse.
I’m thrilled that Emma won – I think that color is fab on her; the dress is effortless and fabulous at the same time. Well deserved.

For worst dressed I voted for Piper – as a presenter, it was just so. much.worse. than it was than if she’d been only an attendee. And as for Erin – she wasn’t even at the Globes, was she? Just at an after party… I didn’t understand why she was included. *shrug*

Yeah, I didn’t vote for Wasson either because she didn’t actually attend the Globes, and I wouldn’t call that “dressed.” I tried to limit myself to the Red Carpet, so I went with Piper Perabo myself.

I voted Emma because that photo was the only one that made me gasp aloud. I liked some of the other ones a LOT, but I had to go with the gasp.

I voted for “worst”, but there were too many beautiful, well-fitted clothes for me to make a single “best” choice. It would be cool to rate each outfit, with like or dislikes or a (bi-polar adjectival) scale of Fug to Feh to Fab.
I am shocked by the Angie love. That dress reminded me of Natalie’s horrible Valentine’s chocolate box number form last year. Obviously, Salma Hayek looked the most amazing but Emma gets extra credit for pulling off a look that’s actually pretty interesting and not just another friggin’ blush or jewel-toned mermaid gown.
I didn’t vote her as worst, I felt like worst should go to someone that attended the ceremony and that we know. Otherwise it’s easy to give the honour to the Pheobe Prices of the world instead of someone who went to the ceremony, took a chance and failed.
I still love Malin Akerman’s dress. It’s fresh and unusual, although I’d have stopped the V-neck a little sooner. I doubt it would get major votes for best-dressed, though, because I think people expect a more formal look at most of these awards events.
Erin Wasson walked out of my gyno’s office right as I was walking in for an appointment last summer. That was shocking enough at the time. Now this makes me feel like I’m right there in the examination room with her.

I am so pleased! When I voted I forgot (silly me!) about Emma Stone and voted somebody else. I wanted my vote to go to Emma. The dress is beautiful and she wears it so well – even with all of the skin (deep v front and leg!), it still looks classy but also very modern. And her skin! As a fellow pale – skinned lady, I just love it.

Did not vote for Emma because of that tacky American eagle belt, though I loved the rest of her dress. Angie got my vote. As for worst dressed, I am surprised Lea Michele was so high on the list (though she may have been there for reasons other than her dress…LOL). Even as it was perhaps too revealing, the detail at the top of the dress was impressive, and I totally loved the bottom without reserve.
