When I saw Kylie’s dress — or “dress” — I thought it was an isolated case of bad skirtitude. But apparently her outfit at Australia’s ARIA ceremony in fact bespeaks a crippling national underskirt shortage. Those poor, brave people, soldiering forth without proper linings. Perhaps they are the real heroes.
