This episode was clearly originally going to air ON Election Day, until the CW realized that even those of us who watch, like, a LOT of teen-centric programming probably had other concerns. But it IS election day in Bluebell, and Lavon and Ruby are still in a dead heat. Lemon is working her ass off for Lavon, and doing it in an extremely cute shirt.
