Well, I don’t think any of us thought Lupita was going to show up wearing, like, formal shorts and a message tee. But there’s something so satisfying about seeing a break-out style star continue to hit it out of the park, and I have to admit that my style crush on her continues apace. She was so charming and great with Giuliana on E! — she managed to seem both delighted by and totally patronizing of the mani-cam all at the same time, which is exactly what all right thinking people feel about the idea of a mani-cam, and she’s just flat-out charismatic. I can’t wait to see what she wears to the rest of awards season.
