Can we get Riccardo Tisci on charges of desecrating the flag?
Not that I’m so protective of the flag; I just want to get this dress arrested on any grounds I can, due to Random Acts of Heinousness. And I am pretty sure Betsy Ross just raided the angels’ brass band so she could play some Sad Trombone. There is a very long list of visual atrocities committed by Givenchy in the last few years, and The Inglorious Ass Window of the Thirteen Original Colonies is rocketing speedily atop that list.
I just… the Met Gala is a MEDIA circus, kid, not an ACTUAL one.
