It was a big year for royals of all sorts. Some of them got married in weddings that invited us to nose around the scandalous Wikipedia pages of their guests. Some had babies. Some of those babies were heirs to the throne. Some of them climbed a mountain and grew a beard. Some of them resisted the urge to run off with her hot bodyguard but instead stayed with her husband. Some of them wore cute coats and/or giant hats. Some of them abdicated/were inaugurated. Some of them posed for THE WORST PORTRAIT EVER. Some of them whipped out their wands and played Harry Potter.
