It matters not whether Boobs Legsly is retiring her mantle, because as long as there is Serena Van Der Woodsen, there will be boobs and legs.

This encapsulates everything Serena and I have in common: We both do our best thinking in a body-skimmer, a full-length lace overlay, and a waist cape. Seriously, nothing brings the world into stark relief better than a waist cape. I think the magic is in the subtlety.
