I honestly think it’s just the makeup that makes her look older. If it were just softened a little (esp around the eyes — too much very obvious lining there ages anyone), she would be even prettier. Also helpful: a sandwich. Though you can hardly blame her, after the month she’s had — I’m secretly hoping that the skinniness is due to her pretty much existing on a diet of post-wedding relief and oodles of newlywed sex!
Maybe she looks tiny lately because we only ever see her with relatively big guys, instead of off on her own?

I love the dress, and think this is actually an awesome choice given how thin she is right now. Plus, yay Gossip Girl irony! Her hair always looks fabulous, and I agree with Steph that she doesn’t really look “older.” I’m about her age, and really, is she supposed to have a baby face? She’s not 19 like a lot of starlets coming out in Hollywood, or like Princess Diana was when she was married. Of course, I do wish she’d do something about that eyeliner. Something in me dies every time I see it.

On her being thin: honestly, she’s thinner than she used to be, but I don’t think she looks unhealthy. She just doesn’t naturally have hips, so she looks super slim compared to a typical hourglass figure. I think that’s why it seems so striking in certain outfits.
That being said, I think I don’t love this particular dress on her because of her slim hips = ) It’s a great dress, and she does look great, but I think I’d put her in something that gave her a little more shape. Could just be the angle of that second pic though.
I do wish she’d let another makeup artist have a go at her eyes. I think I remember hearing she usually does her makeup herself, but I’d love to see something a touch different on her. It’s so easy to fall in the same old rut with makeup. It’s nice to have someone new do it once in awhile and shake things up!
I love double-breasted tuxedos .. he wears it well … she’s fab and I hope she stays that way.

The dress is very nice….BUT. I will run and duck after saying that the gaping little shred holes look to me like her front has been attacked by pecking birds.
She is really pretty – not beautiful – but honestly pretty. She is also very thin – but I think that has to be put down to knowing how she will be scrutinized and analyzed all the time for her clothes. Now if only she would, as so many others have suggested, do something about the eye make-up – especially the lower lid! She needs to soften it all up and then she would be gorgeous!
