I can’t always tell with these things how much is the fault of the flashbulbs, and how much is the dress.
But given that she seems to have come prepared with a matching tube top and mini under there, I’m guessing she thought it was at least 70-30 in favor of transparency. Which might be worth it with a very PRETTY dress, but this just looks like she’s in a melancholy Halloween costume as one legwarmer searching for its match.
